MCP6541T-I/OT SOT-23-5 SMD Comparator IC

MCP6541T-I/OT is a push-pull output sub-microampere Comparator available in single configurations. The outputs are push-pull and can drive heavy DC or capacitive loads. This comparator is optimized for low-power, single-supply operation greater than rail-to-rail input operation. The push-pull output of the MCP6541 family supports rail-to-rail output swing and interfaces with TTL/CMOS logic. Internal input hysteresis reduces current draw by eliminating output switching due to internal input noise voltage. Output limits feed into current fluctuations and dynamic power consumption during switching. This product family operates with a single supply voltage as low as 1.6V and draws less than 1µA/comparator quiescent current.
