TC4426 SOIC-8 Mosfet Driver IC

TC4426 is a 1.5A double inverting high speed Power MOSFET Driver for pulse transformer driver. The TC4426A device matched leading and falling edge propagation latencies. The device is highly lock-resistant under all conditions within its power and voltage ratings. It is not subject to damage when noise spikes occur at the ground pin up to 5V (from both polarities). It can accept up to 500mA of reverse current forced back to its outputs (of either polarity) without damage or logic disturbance. All terminals are fully protected against Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) up to 2kV. The TC4426A MOSFET driver can easily charge/discharge 1000pF gate capacitances in under 30ns. This device provides sufficiently low impedance in both the on and off states to ensure that the intended state of the MOSFET is not affected by even large transients.
