TCM809RENB713 SOT23-3 SMD Integrated

TCM809RENB713 is a 3-pin Microcontroller Reset Monitor with active-low push-pull RESET output. Supervisor circuitry designed to monitor VDD in digital systems provides a reset signal to the main processor when necessary. No external components required. The RESET output is typically actively driven within 65µs VDD falling from the reset voltage threshold. RESET remains active for a minimum of 140ms after VDD rises above the reset threshold. The output of TCM809 is valid up to VDD=1V. Optimized to reject fast transient faults on the VDD line.
