74HC138 SMD Integrated
74HC138 is a high speed CMOS device. The device accepts a three-bit binary weighted address on input pins A0, A1 and A2, and when activated will output one active low, the remaining seven will be high.
Two There are active LOW active inputs E1 and E2 and an active HIGH active input E3. The disabled device state causes all outputs to go high. The activation state occurs when E1 and E2 are asserted low and E3 is asserted high. Multiple active lines enable parallel expansion of decoders to create 4 to 16 line versions without additional parts and 5 to 32 versions by adding a single inverter.
