SN74LS47N is a BCD to Seven-segment Decoder, has active-low outputs and driving, Designed for common anode LEDs or direct incandescent displays. IC for driving light buffers or common cathode LEDs. All circuits except LS49 have full ripple-headroom input/output controls and a lamp test input. Display patterns for BCD input numbers above 9 are unique symbols to authenticate input conditions. Its circuits include automatic leading and/or trailing edge zero clearance control (RBI and RBO). Lamp testing (LT/) of these species can be performed at any time when the BI/RBO node is high. All types (including '49 and 'LS49) include an override blanking input (BI) that can be used to control pulsed lamp intensity or block outputs. Inputs and outputs are fully compatible for use with TTL logic outputs.
