Contact IPA - Isopropanol Cleaner Spray
High purity isopropyl (Propanol-2, Isopropylalcohol) as a universal alcohol-based cleaner.
PROPERTIES
KONTAKT IPA, It is based on high purity isopropanol (99.7%) and therefore cleans without leaving any residue. Alcohol has high material compatibility, dries in minutes and dissolves oily and water-soluble dirt. This classic cleaner is highly flammable and its aerosol packaging makes it much safer and easier to use.

APPLICATIONS
KONTAKT IPA is used as a universal cleaner for electrical, precision mechanical and optical equipment. Applications are for example:
- First of all, cleaning of optical lenses, mirrors or high-gloss surfaces
- Cleaning of video and audio heads
- Cleaning of moving parts, rubber rollers or cleaning small gears
INSTRUCTIONS
- KONTAKT IPA comes in an aerosol with an optional extension tube that enables precise dosing.
- Aerosol can be sprayed upside down and allows cleaning of hard-to-reach areas.
- Do not spray directly on video or audio heads, wipe with cleaning agents soaked in KONTAKT IPA. Do not allow liquid to flow inside the head barrels.
- KONTAKT IPA can also be used to clean optical glass, but cannot be used on plastic lenses, plastic mirrors and the like.
- Surface mirrors, for example in reflex cameras or Laser systems should not be treated with this product. In case of doubt, consult the manufacturer of the optical components.
- When used in mass production, the compatibility of KONTAKT IPA with plastics such as polystyrene or polycarbonate should be tested.
- When using the highly flammable sopropanol, all sources of ignition should be removed. Do not spray on energized equipment.
