EMI 35 - Electromagnetic Interference Protection Spray 200 mL
EMI 35 provides an electrically conductive coating for plastic surfaces. It is used to protect against electromagnetic interference.
EMI 35 Features :
EMI 35 contains a special copper pigment that forms an electrically conductive network. It is easy to create a conductive coating on plastic this way. This conductive coating prevents electrical devices from emitting electromagnetic emissions. Make sure that the device is not affected by electromagnetic noise from its surroundings.
Application Areas:
- Office equipment.
- Measurement instruments.
- Telecommunication equipment.
Instructions:
Nozzle openings of 1 mm to 1.5 mm are used for spraying. 2 to 3 air pressure bars are recommended. When processing large gaps, the spray pressure should be reduced as much as possible to prevent product rebound. Spraying distance of 10cm to 20cm is suitable; spray widths should be 50%. Spray guns can be used for smaller jobs, but the bulk of the can needs to be agitated. Normal safety precautions should be taken when handling flammable solvents. Further safety instructions can be found in the safety data sheet. Dried residues are easily removed from tools and equipment with ketones (e.g. acetone, diluent for MEK or EMI 35). On metal tools, wait for the coating to dry. Then remove it easily by tapping or using a stiff brush.
