General terms of use, general rules, and legal responsibilities of the site
It is recommended to read the User Agreement containing the terms, rules, and legal responsibilities listed below before using motorobit.com.
If the specified terms are not suitable for you, please do not use the motorobit.com site. By using the site and filling out the form that will include your personal information, you are deemed to have accepted the terms written on these pages.
1. Terms of Use and Security Rules
motorobit.com is open to all members. Unless otherwise stated, the services provided on the site are free of charge.
In the following written cases, the site management may prevent the member from using the site and reserves the right to take legal action against the person or persons involved in the following initiatives:
1.a. Registering incorrect, irregular, incomplete, and misleading information, statements that do not comply with general moral rules, and information that contradicts the laws of the Republic of Turkey on the site
1.b. Unauthorized copying of the site's content in part or in whole
1.c. The user is directly responsible for any damages arising from the sharing of the information provided to users or the information such as username, password, etc., determined by the user, with third parties or organizations (due to the use of this information by people other than the user). Similarly, the user cannot use another person's IP address, email address, username, or any personal information in the Internet environment, and cannot access or use other users' private information without permission. The user is deemed to have accepted all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise from such use.
1.d. Using software that will threaten the security of the site, prevent the site and the software used from working, making attempts to do so, and obtaining, deleting, or changing information

3. Responsibilities
3.a. The information of users visiting motorobit.com (duration of visit, time, pages viewed) is tracked to provide better service to them. This information is shared with companies we collaborate with on advertising and similar matters to expand and improve content, in compliance with privacy terms. The purpose here is to enhance the experience offered to users and to develop motorobit.com.
3.b. After filling out the required sections for registration and confirming their email address, motorobit.com users can start using the motorobit.com site by entering their email address and password, subject to the terms specified in this agreement.
3.c. The user agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the Decrees on the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, the Obligations Law, other relevant legislation provisions, and all announcements and notifications that motorobit.com may publish regarding its services while benefiting from the motorobit.com site and services. The user is responsible for any legal, criminal, and financial liabilities that may arise due to misuse contrary to these notifications and laws.
3.d. If it is determined that the user does not comply with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules stated on the motorobit.com site, the user’s access to motorobit.com may be temporarily or permanently blocked, and/or their account may be terminated.
3.e. The user cannot engage in actions that prevent or complicate the use of motorobit.com by other users and visitors, cannot overload/lock the servers or databases by loading automatic programs, and cannot attempt to cheat. If such actions are taken, the user's membership will be terminated, and the user accepts all legal and criminal responsibilities that may arise from this situation.
3.g. The user cannot delete or remove copyright, trademark, or any notes under the scope of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works from any material copied or printed from motorobit.com.
3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user through motorobit.com. The user’s access to the site will be canceled once the membership is terminated. The user accepts that this action is irreversible.
3.j. The relationships of site users with each other or with third parties are their own responsibility.
3.m. Different rules and obligations specific to that section may be specified in certain parts of the site. People and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.
3.n. Please read the “Privacy Policy” section to learn about the measures we take to protect the personal information and privacy of our users and our general policy on this matter.
3.o. The user accepts and undertakes that the payment information (credit card, GSM number information, etc.) they will use in transactions on the site is correct, and that they are responsible for the legal and criminal liabilities arising from this information.
7. Notification Addresses
7.a. The motorobit.com site does not ask users for their postal addresses in advance. However, the email address provided by the user to motorobit.com will be considered the legal address for any notifications regarding this agreement.
7.b. The parties agree that unless the changes in their current email addresses are notified to the other party in writing within 3 (three) days, the requests sent to the old emails will be valid and deemed to have been made to them.
7.c. Any notification made by motorobit.com to the user’s registered email address will be considered to have been received by the user 1 (one) day after the email is sent by motorobit.com. The user declares, accepts, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and accepted all the articles of this participation agreement and confirmed the accuracy of the information they provided.
