The images of the products on our site are selected representatively to give an idea about the product. The product you receive may have minor differences from the product shown in the image. (Minor differences that do not affect usage conditions, such as a text on the product or a different value for an electronic component.)
Warranty Period
The majority of the products we sell are considered spare parts and are referred to as open circuit products. The rest of our products are classified as hobby electronics (e.g., 3D printers, CNC machines, drones, etc.). These products are prone to user error during operation. Therefore, we only provide a warranty for initial operation. The product should be inspected within 14 days from the moment it arrives, and in case of any issues, the product should be returned to our company within this period. Long-term warranties are not available for any of our products unless specifically stated.
Warranty Conditions
Products with special boxes or packaging are excluded from warranty if their boxes or packaging are damaged, even if the 14-day return/exchange period has not expired. Products with damaged original boxes or packaging cannot be returned.
Products that must be used immediately after opening the packaging (e.g., filaments) are excluded from warranty as soon as the packaging is opened.
