Return Process
The return/exchange period for the products we sell is 14 days from the moment the cargo is received. During this period, you can send the products you want to return or exchange by opening a return request.
If there is an issue with the product during the return process, the shipping cost will be covered by us. In cases of discretionary returns, the shipping cost must be paid by the consumer.
Returned products must be sent with their invoice. For invoices issued in individual names, the invoice has a return section at the bottom. The invoice must be sent along with the product by filling out this section. If the invoice was issued in the name of a company, a return invoice must be issued.
Return Conditions
Products with original packaging or boxes must be returned in their own packaging or boxes. Products not sent with their packaging or boxes will not be accepted for return.
For products that lose their nature when the package is opened, returns cannot be made if the package is opened. For example, filaments used in 3D printers are sent in sealed vacuum bags. If these vacuum bags are opened, the product will not be accepted for return.
Open electronic boards and components (such as integrated circuits, MOSFETs, etc.) must be checked before soldering. Returns or exchanges cannot be made on products that have been soldered.
The refund will be made within 3 business days after the return process is approved, depending on your payment method. For payments made by credit card, the refund will be made to the card. For payments made by wire transfer, account information will be requested, and the refund will be made to the provided account. The reflection of your refund in your account/card may vary depending on the processing times of the banks.
Damaged/Defective Product
Products delivered to our customers should be checked at the time of delivery. If there is any damage caused during transportation, a Damage Assessment Report should be obtained from the relevant courier company. If the cargo delivered to you appears to be crushed or damaged from the outside, please open the cargo in the presence of the courier staff and have a report prepared.
The return/exchange period for the products we sell is 14 days. There are no long-term warranty periods other than initial functionality. For details, please visit our Warranty Conditions page. Within this period, you can contact us regarding defective/faulty products and send the products with a return or exchange request. No returns or exchanges will be made after the 14-day period. Therefore, please check the products you purchased as soon as the cargo is delivered to you.
Missing/Wrong Product
If the products you ordered are missing or sent incorrectly, please notify us via the email address info@motorobit.com or by calling our contact line at 0850 304 0 340. The necessary checks will be carried out, and the issue will be resolved.
